    BR&H Partner Roger Hughes is listed as one of the best construction attorneys in American in the forthcoming 2009 edition of the Best Lawyers in America.

    Mr. Hughes was also a featured speaker at the Bay Area Infrastructure Forum on October 7, 2008, in San Francisco. Joining Mr. Hughes on the panel were the Honorable Quentin Kopp, Steve Heminger, Kathleen Brown, and Jim Wunderman. The speakers will discuss infrastructure policy, finance, planning, and project management. This first-time event was sponsored by the San Francisco Business Times. The forum was judged a great success by the full-house roster of attendees.
