Gwen Peterson focuses her practice on intellectual property licensing and related transactions, with an emphasis on the negotiation, drafting and review of agreements with intellectual property implications, such as technology transfer and license agreements, patent and trademark license agreements, material transfer agreements, joint development agreements, artist agreements, merchandising agreements, software licenses, software development agreements, beta testing agreements and web-related agreements. Ms. Peterson also specializes in trademark and copyright prosecution, including trademark clearance, domestic and international trademark prosecution and the development of international and domestic trademark protection strategies.
