Christian Nicholes is a registered patent attorney who focuses his practice on patent prosecution and counseling in a variety of computer technologies, including databases, networks, multi-function peripherals, Internet search engines, web-based applications, programming languages, and user interfaces.
Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Nicholes worked at a San Jose law firm, participating for several years as a non-equity partner. Prior to attending law school, he was employed as a computer programmer, and has some familiarity with a variety of programming languages, including C++, Java, LISP, and PERL.
