Eric Kracov counsels clients on the design, implementation and operation of employee benefit and executive compensation programs. In addition, he provides advice to clients on compliance with the federal and state securities law aspects of stock-based compensation programs. Mr. Kracov also advises clients on matters relating to employment and human resources law.

Mr. Kracov counsels public and private company clients on business combinations, including mergers and stock purchases. He advises private investors, including hedge funds and private equity funds, on structuring investments in financial institutions and their holding companies.

In 2011, Mr. Kracov was honored with the American Cancer Society Cancer Action Network National Distinguished Advocacy Award.
