Steve Sacks recently joined Bell, Rosenberg & Hughes as an Associate.
Prior to joining Bell, Rosenberg & Hughes, Steve clerked for the Honorable Gerald Lebovits in the New York City Civil Court, and the Honorable Charles E. Ramos in the New York State Supreme Court, Commercial Division. Steve was a Summer Associate with Finkelstein Newman Ferrara LLP in New York City, NY.
Steve’s thesis at the University of Wisconsin at Madison demonstrated how feudal land ownership rights during the Middle Ages sparked the emergence of a market economy in Europe. In law school, Steve focused on contract law and the expansion of tax incentives for environmentally friendly construction. Steve was also on the Executive Board of the Moot Court Association, and a quarterfinalist among 80 competitors in national moot-court competition.
