Experience

Howard Bell was admitted to practice law in California in 1951. Mr. Bell was one of the founders of Bell, Rosenberg & Hughes in 1969, and was the senior partner of the firm until January 1, 1990. He has been Of Counsel since that date.

Mr. Bell has authoritative experience in all aspects of business and real estate law.
