  • ERIC PHILLIPS TO ADDRESS THE LAW OF LNG CONFERENCE

    BR&H Partner Eric Phillips will be a featured speaker at the
    5th Annual Law of LNG Conference
    on September 4-5, 2008, in Houston, Texas. Mr. Phillips will discuss drafting EPC contracts to handle contractor force majeure claims and change orders. The conference is presented by the Institute for Energy Law, one of the world’s most influential educational forums on energy law issues.
